A self-described “everything girl” at the firm, she says that when something doesn’t get done, it’s on her. A story that many closers at smaller title companies and real estate law firms can also attest to, the time spent on sitting on the phone trying to get in touch with a homeowner’s association, or the municipal water department, is time they cannot spend giving care and attention to their clients.

Alisha had come to know and trust the work of PropLogix for so long that when she came to the Law Offices of David Bauman, she insisted that they switch from the other various due diligence providers the firm previously used.

Alisha firmly believes that due diligence is one of, if not the most, important things involved in a closing. She understands that working with a due diligence partner like PropLogix allows her to do right by her clients so that they are protected from potential issues when it counts the most. Among other searches,  she believes surveys are important to perform during the inspection period because they may reveal crucial information that could impact whether a buyer would want to go forward with a deal.

In the past she has worked with survey procurement companies that would delay a survey after she ordered it to ensure the deal was going to go through. Alisha says she appreciates that PropLogix delivers on the services she needs when they say they will.

While Alisha works with a closing software to manage her workflow, she has opted to place and manage her orders directly through the PropLogix site. She says that it’s really simple and straightforward and the fact that she can order everything all at once with just slightly different information, is really helpful and saves her time. Rather than having to work with multiple vendors for all her needs, she’s able to work with PropLogix and monitor the progress of her orders.
