In order to process a Curative file, we need the following documentation: 

1. A copy of a title commitment/search, showing where the open lien is required for release
2. A copy of the original mortgage/lien in question (all pages)
3. A copy of any assignments or modifications of the mortgage/lien in question (all pages)
4. Any supporting documentation available such as a closing statement or payoff timeframe

If you are working with a title company, we require a contact for them so that we can be sure to coordinate all information to guarantee 100% accuracy of any release obtained from a lender/successor.
